Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Jacketers, we want our customers to have a confident and transparent shopping experience. This policy explains our return, refund, cancellation, and exchange procedures for orders placed through our official website.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non defective products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also include its original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Email: [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Returns are accepted by mail only. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost after the issue has been verified.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item so our team can review the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may return the eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 5 business days after inspection.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or personalized.

Any product specific return restriction will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase. This does not affect returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled. Once delivered, the standard return policy will apply.
